Female vocalist needed for working band (Talent)

We are a 5 piece cover band playing R&B, blues, classic rock and gigging in the region.
What we offer - fun yet serious commitment to the music, weekly practices a must, and regular gigs including some back to back on weekends (although the seasonal interests vary).
We play at wineries, breweries, festivals and the gig pay varies from $50 per person to +$100 per person not including tips (sometimes more).
What we are looking for - a dynamic singer who can perform upfront during female leads and in the background with harmonies and shaking a tamborine etc.
A plus if you can play an instrument - keyboards? How this may all work out is somewhat up in the air at this time but we are looking for someone either to slot right into the group or be available when needed.
