Custom made Shekere - $250 (Jacksonville)

Beautiful gourd shekere in excellent playing condition.
No cracks, slight wear on beads.
I made this in 1982 while learning and playing Congolese drumming and percussion.
It has a large circumference of 33" and 13" height.
Good base sound on bottom and you can change the tones and volume by grasping the netting on the bottom while playing, or by adjusting bottom cordage.
Haven't played it in awhile so will let it go to an interested buyer.
This is one of two shekeres I am selling.
Price is somewhat flexible.
