About the Job We have an opportunity for an Licensed Outpatient Therapist who possesses Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure to provide clinical therapy and assessment services.
The Licensed Outpatient Therapist reports to the Outpatient Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments.
In this position, they are responsible for independently managing a caseload, performing direct clinical services, conducting Mental Health Assessments to include mental health diagnosis and clinical formulations to identify necessity of care, assess and appropriately document level of risk and assist in crisis management, and write and implement measurable treatment plan objectives that will direct care.
The Licensed Outpatient Therapist will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff, treatment team, and act as liaison with other community providers to coordinate care.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day).
Remote option is available with Oregon LCSW, LPC, LMFT licensure for the following states: Oregon, Washington, Texas and Tennessee.
What You’ll Make $6,750 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
About the Program Our Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services.
The Psychiatric Services Team operates as a branch within the Outpatient Program, specializing in psychiatric, nursing, and medication services.
Psychiatric services are provided both on-site and remotely through telemedicine.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
QMHP employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.
What You’ll Need MUST be a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with the State of Oregon OR have the ability to transfer licensure to Oregon.
Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, sit, stand, walk, reach; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
It may require the ability to occasionally climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable.
In addition, you must successfully complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings, which require performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
