Registered Nurse (RN) Med training and Delegation

*Job Summary:* As an RN with expertise in medication training and delegations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications for our clients receiving in-home care.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals while providing comprehensive support and guidance to our caregiving team.
*Responsibilities:* * Conduct medication training sessions for caregivers, ensuring proper administration techniques and adherence to medication schedules.
* Develop and implement delegation plans for non-licensed personnel, ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
*Qualifications:* * Valid and current RN license in Oregon.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare setting.
* Strong knowledge of medication administration, including experience with medication training and delegations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and empower clients and caregivers.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
