Registered Nurse (RN)

Experience: - Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting - Proficiency in IV insertion, including peripheral and central lines - Experience in providing care for patients with dementia, infants, and those in hospice palliative medicine or assisted living settings - Knowledge of discharge planning processes and resources available for post-hospital care coordination.
