*SUMMARY OF POSITION*
We are looking for that special person who is friendly and personable in greeting our patients, who feels comfortable in one-on-one conversations answering their questions and transmitting our providers' instructions.
Front and back office duties daily.
*Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles to other office locations if needed.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES*
* Help checking in patients.
* Answer our patients' questions or concerns.
* Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit.
* Prepares patients for cosmetic procedures, MOHS procedures.
* Secures patient information and maintains patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records; keeping patient information confidential.
* Counsels patients by transmitting physician's orders and questions about surgery.
* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
* Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
* Serves and protects the practice by adhering to professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
* Performs a variety of patient care activities to assist physicians and nursing personnel.
* Delivers quality customer service and maintains established quality control standards.
* Shows patients to exam rooms according to company standards.
* Records patient care documentation in the medical record accurately and in a timely manner.
* Processes appropriate documents in an organized and accurate fashion.
* Respects patient confidentiality always.
* Organizes exam and treatment rooms, stocks and cleans rooms and sterilizes instruments.
