Locum Family Nurse Practitioner

DocStar Medical Partners is looking for a family nurse practitioner near *Klamath Falls*, OR.
3 month assignment + travel expenses covered Pay range listed is a starting amount negotiable and dependent on experience and skill set Facility City & State: (nearest airport reno NV) Facility Type: Primary Care Clinic and Walk in Clinic Provider Profession Needed: Prefer MD will take experienced FNP/PA Specialty: Family Medicine/ Urgent Care Start Date: July 29th (walk in clinic) August 26th (Primary Care Clinic) End Date: November 22nd Length of Assignment: 3 months/ ongoing until they find perm Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days Work Schedule: Walk in Clinic 4-10, Primary Care 3-4 days a week Patient Volume: Primary Care 850 patients and 14-18 seen a day.
Walk in is 70-80 per week Procedures: Typical primary care EMR: CERNER License Needed: OR Certifications Needed: Board certified family medicine for MD/NP Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Client is looking for an experienced provider to take over for a provider that's been there 30+ years.
Not looking for new grads or anything less than 2-3 years of experience.
For APP candidates they need to have extensive experience working in rural health and primary care for all ages (6 month-100yrs old).
It’s a primary care practice that's an off shoot of rural health.
Each provider is assigned two medical assistances.
Clinic had 3 MD's and 3 APP's.
Pay: From $85.
