Benefits to you We pay 95% to 99% of medical insurance premiums for full-time employees [OR up to 99% of medical insurance premiums for part-time employees], including mental health coverage.

OJD will pay you a 5% allowance for bilingual skills (includes ASL) if you can pass a skills test and are assigned to use those skills on the job! Salary offers are made with consideration of the candidate’s education and experience.

Position Highlights The Klamath County Circuit Court in Klamath Falls, Oregon, is hiring a Treatment Court Coordinator (Program Coordinator).
In this role… The treatment court coordinator performs a vital function for the court.
You will work directly with people who are facing challenging life circumstances or stressful situations and will explain court policy and procedures to help these people navigate through the multiple treatment court offerings and programs at Klamath County Circuit Court.
You will direct, communicate, analyze, and provide administrative support for the treatment court programs.
You will screen potential clients for eligibility and make recommendations to the treatment court judge.
You will coordinate treatment court teams and provide support to develop and implement program policies and procedures.
You will be the liaison between the public, court administration, government agencies, service providers, court patrons, and attorneys to ensure all court policies and procedures regarding treatment court are communicated.
You will use established policies and procedures to perform your work, while also ensuring statutory requirements are met.
Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications (These must be evident in your resume or work history.
) The qualified applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social/human services, or a closely related field.
AND Have at least 3 years of increasingly responsible technical or professional-level program experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities requirements listed for the position.
OR Any combination of education and experience equivalent to 7 years of experience that typically supports the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
Note: An advanced degree in law, business or public administration, behavioral or social/human services, or a closely related field may substitute for some of the required work experience.

Working Conditions This is a full-time position, and the work schedule is 8:00 a.
m.
to 5:00 p.
m.
Monday through Friday.
This position is not eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 per work week.
Occasional after-hours or overtime work may be required.
Frequent phone and in-person contact with people from diverse backgrounds.
Frequent phone and in-person contact with people who may be facing challenging life circumstances or highly stressful situations.
Regular use of the following equipment: telephone, OJD-assigned computer with multiple monitors, copy machine, fax machine, and scanner.
