Dealership: L0105 Lithia Home Office Corporate Finance Senior Analyst The Corporate Finance Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing specialized expertise in several key areas of the Corporate Finance department, notably cash and financial forecasting, debt management, and departmental and executive reporting.
A successful candidate will embrace our collaborative culture and manage assigned Corporate Finance and/or Corporate Treasury projects from beginning to end.
The Corporate Finance Senior Analyst will report to the Corporate Finance Manager.
Responsibilities Maintain longer term cash forecasting and reporting models, including dashboards, working capital scenario modeling, forecast variance analysis, and monthly liquidity forecasting.
Ensure company’s liquidity needs are met in order to support longer term investments and acquisition plans, both domestically and abroad.
Provide support and works with their direct supervisor in planning for acquisitions by reviewing information related to cash and debts, including mortgages and other related items, as well as communication to appropriate personnel; ensuring all finance issues are identified prior to completion of the transaction.
Develop and maintain effective reporting tools to capture departmental data points and accomplishments to report to executive management.
Review various debt agreements to ensure compliance with covenants and reporting requirements, as well as prepare and submit said reporting requirements.
Ensure timely renewal of maturing debt facilities and assist management with assessing and structuring key loan amendments.
Manage the Share Repurchase Program and rotations, evaluating ROI and effectiveness of share repurchases, including handling of 10b-18 and 10b-5 documents to ensure adherence to blackout dates and SEC rules.
Maintain communication with Corporate Accounting and Treasury teams in order to facilitate and ensure the company’s timely and effective month-end close.
Assist in managing assigned vendor relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
