JOB SUMMARY: The Non-Clinical Preceptor at OnePeak Medical plays a vital role in supporting the organization's mission to redefine primary care through innovative, integrated health services aimed at promoting optimal health and well-being.

The Non-Clinical Preceptor is responsible for providing training and onboarding for non-clinical support staff, ensuring competency in required skills, and fostering a mission-driven environment dedicated to patient satisfaction and quality care.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide training for non-clinical support staff as assigned.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
Support the opening of new clinics, ensuring well-stocked and patient-ready front office areas.
Audit front-office functions to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Assess staff for competency in required skills front office skills.
Provide in-service training to staff on relevant skills as needed.
Reports and trains staff how to report incidents related to HIPAA violations or inappropriate patient behaviors.
Participate in performance improvement efforts.
Promote patient satisfaction efforts.
Contribute to the standardization of procedures and policies for front office operations.
Attends scheduled department staff and front office meetings.
Aid in troubleshooting front office errors and facilitate communication between billing and administration, Practice Managers, and support staff.
Perform all duties in support of successful EHR/EPM implementation.
Flexibility to travel to all clinic locations or travel for out-of-town training.
Perform all duties and services in full compliance with OnePeak Medical's Employee Handbook.
Perform other related work/duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Superior competencies and the ability to transfer those competencies to the front desk staff.
Proficient in all front-office operations.

This position requires driving a personal vehicle on behalf of the company; therefore, the employee must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in their state of residence.
Personal vehicles must be properly registered, insured, and maintained in accordance with state laws.
