As a key member of our front office, the successful candidate will set the tone for the patient experience while providing exceptional service to our patients and families from beginning to end.

The Treatment Coordinator is the patient’s primary introduction to our practice.
They are responsible for the new patient exam process and for initiating starts.
The Treatment Coordinator warmly welcomes patients, assists the doctor in the exam, clearly explains treatment options, answers patient questions regarding treatment, discusses related costs and fees, insurance benefits, assists with financial arrangements, and coordinates subsequent appointments.
*Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):*
* Welcome all new patients/parents in the office
* Conduct interview to understand the patient’s oral health history, concerns, and objectives
* Clearly explain and discuss the recommended treatment, treatment options, payment plans and provide answers to all questions
* Help patients understand their insurance benefits
* Manage and maintain the payment options and policies for patients
* Professionally overcome the common patient objections/rejections
* Help in exceeding patient expectations in order to achieve the perfect patient experience
* Correspond with general dentists and specialists
* Establish and maintain relationships with dental and specialist offices
* Facilitate marketing strategies
* Consistently achieve or surpass new patient start goals
* Provide excellent customer service to every potential patient and family
* Perform general office duties and other duties, as required
*Qualifications*:
* Dental/orthodontic experience is preferred, but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate that is excited to start a career in the dental or orthodontic field
* Sales experience is a plus
* X-ray / radiology certification (or willingness to pursue one within 3 months) is a big plus
* Must have exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* High computer proficiency and superior typing skills
* Professional in appearance and attitude
* Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to help out the team
