Overview: We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and clerical duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk - Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock - Update calendars and schedule meetings Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.

, printers, scanners) - Professional attitude and appearance - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise - Excellent organizational skills - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience as a Personal Assistant or Data Entry Clerk - Familiarity with Google Suite or other similar tools - Previous work as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist is a plus - Strong computer literacy with knowledge of medical office procedures
