This is an hourly position- full-time needed for weekdays with availability on the weekends as needed.
*You and the RN work as a team!!!!! The RN is a very awesome person.
* This position will handle department oversight with the Director of Nursing, resident assessments, medication management and family interactions.
Responsibilities include: - Ensure that policies and procedures are effective and enforced - Monitor and document staff performance - Monitor all medication orders and procedures - check in medications; review Med Pass - Handle resident and family concerns *Requirements:* * Must be a registered LPN in Oregon State * Previous experience in Memory Care setting preffered * Have a passion for senior care * *Have fun at work with a great team!!!!* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.
