Mercy Flights is accepting applications for a full-time Flight Paramedic.
Mercy Flights was established in 1949 and is one of the nation’s oldest non-profit Air Ambulance Services.
We provide high quality clinical service, at a reasonable cost, for helicopter and fixed wing transport, and 911 ALS ground transport.
This unique candidate will have the opportunity to work on both platforms of the air medical program.
You will work as a member of a nurse/paramedic team performing critical care inter-facility fixed wing transports and helicopter scene responses.
Position Information:
Full-time
Consistent, repeating schedule of 24 hours on, 24 hours off, 24 hours on, 5 days off
Starting Pay rate: Market comparable (Depending on Qualifications)

Qualification Requirements:
Ability to obtain Oregon Paramedic License by date of hire
National Registered Paramedic License
Oregon Driver’s License (required to obtain within 30 days of hire, if relocating from another state)
BLS, ACLS and PALS or PEPP
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification (must obtain within 12 months of employment date)
FP-C certification (must obtain within 18 months of employment date)
TPATC certification (must obtain within 18 months of employment date)
Minimum of three (3) years’ recent experience as a Paramedic on a 911 transporting
ambulance
Recent Flight Paramedic experience preferred
Due to aircraft requirements, body weight must be 230lbs or less.
