Jackson County* *Mental Health is expanding our Crisis Response Services!* *We are creating community-based mobile crisis intervention teams to provide an alternative to law enforcement response to those in crisis.
These first response teams will deploy to the location of a person needing assistance and provide support, de-escalation, non-emergency medical care and connection to further services in a trauma informed, person-centered manner.
These positions will also assist with taking calls for support on our 24/7 crisis line.
We are hiring for full or part-time masters level therapists and social workers to join our expanded crisis intervention teams.
