Work Schedule:
Full-Time ; Wednesday-Saturday from 2:00pm-10:00pm
Full-Time ; Sunday-Wednesday from 5:30am-2:00pm
On-Call
This position requires exceptional teamwork with other staff members to ensure we meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents.
Preferred candidates will be self-directed, patient, observant, flexible, intuitive, and have outstanding communication skills.
In a typical day, our team assists residents with activities of daily living such as eating, dressing, and personal hygiene; walks with residents around our beautiful campus; visits, laughs and dines with residents; reassures and comforts residents; and assists them to create quality moments and find meaningful ways to spend their days.
We offer on the job paid training in our comprehensive memory support program with ample opportunities for growth and professional development within the department.
CNA or previous caregiver experience can be helpful but is not required.

Qualifications:
One (1) year of experience in a nursing home or senior living facility is preferred.
Current and valid CPR and first aid certification.
The majority of your work is very active.
A moderate to high amount of walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching and handling will be required.
Occasional lifting up to 100 lbs.
