We are looking for an experienced medical scheduler and phone individual with great customer service and computer skills.
Able to handle multiple line phones, direct calls to different departments, take detailed messages, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, confirm patient insurance and information, answer questions to patients, some insurance authorizations, work at a fast pace, must be detailed, excellent customer service, and handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions.
This position is full-time Monday thru Friday.

Scheduling patient appointments
Scheduling medical procedures
Follow-up visits
Answering phones
Must be able to multitask, detailed, dependable, great with computers, professional, and team player.
Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen and current reference checks.
Must be at least 18 to apply.
