Supervisor Laboratory - Clinical Laboratory

Description Supervisor Laboratory (Full-Time / Days) Work Schedule - Monday - Friday Core business hours The position supervises staff and a variety of day-to-day operational Laboratory functions to include, but not limited to, phlebotomy and specimen processing functions.
The position ensures an efficient operational phlebotomy team and specimen processing functions.
Additionally, the role is responsible for problem solving using independent judgment and excellent communication skills in providing timely, accurate, and high-quality services to physicians, patients, clients, and other departments.

Required Qualifications: 2 years Medical and communication skills generally acquired through a minimum of two years of on-the-job experience.
6 months Experience as a phlebotomist Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree Sciences Or Coursework/Training Sciences 1 year One year’s experience as a Laboratory Technician in a hospital based clinical laboratory Why Join Providence?
