Murphy Company is currently looking for an EXPERIENCED MECHANIC in our Rogue River, Oregon softwood plywood division.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working on forklifts, aerial equipment and other mill related equipment.
Welding experience preferred.
This position will perform repairs and maintain a fleet.

The job duties include diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems, brakes, electrical, transmissions and performing preventative maintenance on diesel, L.
P.
and gas rolling stock to ensure the equipment is in proper working order.
This position requires a safety-oriented individual with attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience -
· 2 years of verifiable mechanic experience
· Must be experienced in performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and performing repair in a fast-paced work environment
· Must be capable of working safely and continuously promoting safe work practices
· Proven problem-solving skills
