Premier Community Supports is now hiring an ID/DD County Manager in Curry County, OR!

County Managers are responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Community Living Support Programs and other assigned programs for Premier Community Supports in the assigned County.
This job onboards and manages Individuals receiving Community Living Supports and the Direct Support Professionals who provide care, while maintaining a favorable reputation and working relationship with County Case Managers and other interested community partners.
Required Skills:
Requires a functional understanding of local human service agency operations
Possess effective conflict resolution skills, problem solving skills, deductive reasoning and leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills using tact, courtesy and cooperativeness
Computer experience, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and ability to use standard office equipment and software
Ability to perform basic math functions
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Exercise judgment, resourcefulness, ingenuity, and initiative
Ability to perform instruction, monitoring and assessment of the work of others
Ability to travel locally and out of the area at times
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Learn and manage relationships with Individuals-Served/families, interested community members, PCS staff, and government agencies.
Review Individuals-Served referrals from case managers and onboard to contract with Premier.
Identify supports needed and assign DSPs, maintain consistent contact, ensure documentation (MARs, service plans, etc.
) is current.
Develops and implements marketing plans to increase market share of assigned county.
Manage and resolve any issues by reviewing Premier policies and Government Regulations with Individuals-Served/families, case management, and co-workers/supervisors.
Ensure that incidents are reported in a timely manner; to clarify and accurately respond to incidents.
To cooperate or assist with all investigations; internal or external.

Requirements:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required
4 years in Human Services Preferred
Minimum of 2 years working with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, 4 years preferred
Management experience preferred
Valid Driver's License
