Job Overview: *Responsibilities* * Customer service for wholesale customer accounts * Data entry and maintaining records of financial transactions * Tracking invoices and payments * Assisting in all financial activities including preparing payroll * Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements *Bookkeeper Qualifications* * Previous bookkeeping experience with Quickbooks.
* Proficiency in Word and Excel * Shopify and ADP Payroll experience preferred but not required.
*Bookkeeper Skills* * Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles * Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
* Developing standards * Data entry with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail * Confidentiality Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
