About the Job We have an opening for a Project Manager at our Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon or in our Administrative Office in Medford, Oregon.
The Project Manager must possess a demonstrated ability to use administrative and interpersonal skills to manage largescale, cross-organization, multi-level projects with internal and external stakeholders from start to finish.
They must also be proficient with learning and utilizing new systems, processes, and software.
The Project Manager will track and follow up on all action items, share notes and updates, manage storage of project-related materials, coordinates all components of internal and external meetings, distribution lists and other access needs.
They will demonstrate attention to detail and accountability in a way that motivates and aligns stakeholders to ensure all pieces of assigned projects remain on schedule, and deliverables are completed according to project deadlines.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day) What You’ll Make $5,500 - $6,000 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, Communications, or similar related field is highly preferred OR equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience that demonstrates the required knowledge and skills to perform the position.
MUST have TWO (2) years in a management or leadership role Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers.
It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
