We're seeking a full-time Practice Manager for our practice in Medford, OR!
As the practice manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice.
You will be responsible for the organization of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate office effectiveness and efficiency that lead a practice to financial success.
You will ensure the patient experience is the best in the industry through coaching and development of your dental office team.
Responsibilities:
Drive a financially viable practice through developing the dental team and delivering on an excellent patient experience.
Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Evaluate and manage staff performance
Recruit and select office staff
Organize orientation and training of new staff members
Coach, mentor and discipline office staff
Audit charts to ensure correct billing and compliance
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
Implement office policies and procedures
Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
Monitor and review internal processes
Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Review and approve office supply acquisitions
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Manage internal staff relations
Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Required Skills/Abilities
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents
Ability to effectively communicate with office team and patients
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions patients, team and leadership team

Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Practice Management Software
Understands dental practice P&L and operational data
Ideally, experience working in a growing and fast paced dental practice
