Tenant Relations for Property Management

Pacific Rental Properties is seeking a full-time Tenant Relations employee who is reliable, organized, patient, and professional.
However, also able to handle the stressful situations that can occur in the current rental market, which require empathy and compassion.
Job duties include (but are not limited to): -The ability to triage multiple phone lines applicants and tenants -Scheduling/managing appointments appropriately -Data entry and document management -Basic office tasks, assisting with monthly workflows as needed.
-Communicating with vendors, managing work orders for maintenance needs -We use Yardi Voyager for our property management software.
(experience preferred, but not required) -Able to assess workflow accurately and willingness to assist/communicate with your fellow employees.
-Assisting tenants and prospects in the office -This position will work under the supervision of the office manager Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.
