Our Rental Department provides a large variety of equipment for all clientele from the hobby farmer to large construction and everything in between.

If you are looking for a solid career, consider growing with us! *Job Description* Seeking an experienced Service Manager to provide excellent customer service and technical support.
The goal is to keep the Service Department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
*Responsibilities* * Work with customers on equipment repairs and repair estimates * Provide customer satisfaction by serving in a professional, speedy, and efficient manner * Manage technicians and work flow in a professional manner * Process work orders * Process warranty claims * Keep accurate records and document customer service actions * Recruit, mentor and develop technicians and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment * Market service sales to grow service department * Maintain and update computer diagnostic equipment * Work well with other departments to grow the dealership * Maintain and provide a safe work environment * Assist in budgeting and expense control *Qualifications* * Proven work experience as customer service manager * Proven work experience managing technicians * Computer skills with working knowledge of service software and tools * Knowledge of latest technology including computer diagnostic equipment and Precision GPS * Ability to think strategically and lead * Strong communication skills * Customer service oriented * Two years hands on experience with agricultural equipment.
* Additional knowledge of compact construction equipment and telehandlers is a plus * Write clear parts requisitions, service write ups, and customer estimates *Benefits* A generous benefit package including medical insurance, paid personal time off, holiday pay and matching retirement account.
