East and West Ridge Animal Hospitals are seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to join our team!

Qualifications:
* Experience managing financial budgets such as revenue and payroll
* Experience managing the development and growth of teams
* Ability to tactfully handle difficult situations with team members and clients
* Excellent communication skills
Some of the responsibilities include:
* Leadership duties
* Advanced customer service
* Assisting the team with keeping the hospital clean
* Complaint resolution
* Managing the support team
* Creating schedules for all team members
* Training
* Marketing initiatives
* Inventory management
* Accounts payable & receivable
* Ensuring that safety protocols are followed
