*What You Will Do:*
As a Site Manager reporting to the Property Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality residential units, ensuring they align with the Housing Authority’s goals.
Your responsibilities include:
* Upholding compliance with Housing Authority policies, federal regulations, and state statutes related to housing programs.
* Guiding and mentoring tenants on occupancy standards, rules, and lease regulations.
* Showcasing properties to potential tenants, facilitating lease agreements and conducting housing quality inspections.
* Assisting tenants with Housing Authority forms, monitoring lease compliance, and verifying rent payments.
* Addressing tenant needs, resolving issues, and handling emergencies.
* Performing light maintenance tasks to keep the property in top condition.
