*The Jackson County Mental Health Crisis Team is searching for a licensed therapist or social worker to put their clinical experience and skills in action with our team of crisis therapists, associates, and peers.
The Crisis Team is expanding as we increase our community-based mobile crisis intervention services (MCIS).
This position will include a combination of clinical supervision, clinical and procedural training, and direct care duties.
You will review charting; identify training needs; coordinate with our Quality Assurance & Improvement Program; work closely with other treatment teams and management; assist crisis staff in navigating barriers faced by clients with complex needs; and identify needs and strategies to support caregiver wellness, and provide direct care as needed.
Our Crisis Team Clinical Supervisor will have a strong understanding of policy and regulatory requirements for MCIS and assist Crisis Team providers in successfully serving community members within those bounds.

*Position Summary*
Acts as clinical overseer by instructing and mentoring clinical providers in the provision of a full range of treatment services to mental health clients; and, ensures quality clinical services are being provided by team members, including review of assessments and diagnosis, treatment plans, delivery of services, and evaluation of clinical outcomes.
Performs a full range of complex professional duties and tasks with only occasional instruction or assistance in an independent and professional manner and possesses a significant level of specialized and functional expertise.
Under the general direction of a manager, provides clinical oversight, direction, training, and guidance to other professional staff.

Pay: $33.
