As a Lead Maintenance Technician at Rogue Valley Manor, lead our maintenance team in providing routine and spontaneous building maintenance services for our 200+ residents and other departments to make sure operations run smoothly.

We’re a 365/24/7 business – so we’re looking for someone with availability to independently work on ongoing projects, perform general inspections, help turn over residences, monitor building systems and handle resident requests even if they arise after normal business hours.

Although some knowledge and experience in high-rise building maintenance is preferred, we provide the training you’ll need and will help you plan for your future with us as well.
