Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sports and Family Programs to join our team.
As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing programs relating to variety of sports and programs and events for families.
You will work closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure the successful delivery of services.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications - 5 years of experience in program management or related field preferred - Proven ability to effectively supervise and manage a team - Excellent relationship management skills - Experience in program development and implementation - Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and reporting Essential Functions - Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies - Manage program budgets and ensure financial sustainability - Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support - Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards - Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and resources - Oversee program evaluation and reporting
