Free, RV Non Liveable (Merlin)

Old motor home that is (ABSOLUTELY UNLIVEABLE).
would be a great project for a flatbed truck or Rebuild a tiny home on.
Could Pull the large engine for another project.
The motorhome ran when parked 3 years ago.
The motorhome is gutted to the walls and has water and rot damage throughout the unit.
The Unit will need to be moved by trailer or flatbed truck due to the tires missing, flat old and worn.
(THERE IS NO WAY IT CAN DRIVE OFF THE PROPERTY).
Have keys in hand.
Will sign a bill of sale and lost title paperwork to get the title transferred.
Also I have had questions were we are located.
We are located in Merlin just outside of Grants pass.
