Free couch! (Central point)

This is a well loved couch but it’s held up beautifully and has many years ahead of it.
Unfortunately I need to downsize and this needs a new home.
Has been in storage unit for a year and it got a bit of water on it, and thus, some mold (you can see the spot where I *tried* cleaning it with vinegar/baking soda etc, anyway it’s just this spot to my knowledge.
The cushions are good condition and covers are washable (I washed them prior to posting).
An upholstery cleaner on this beauty will make her like new.
Was purchased in Portland for ~1500 new, and lived in a dog friendly home.
For a period of time it was in the home with free roaming bunnies who thought it would be fun to chew on the under side (see pics).
Need gone asap
