fluorescent light.. fixture plus bulbs. 48 inch (Ashland)

It was in our laundry room .
It's designed for ceiling mounting but I guess it could be mounted on a wall.
It's two 40 watt long bulbs.
They started flickering recently.

Probably the age of the bulbs, Probably the bulbs/tubes needing replacement.

but it's possible it needs a new ballast.
I list it as "good condition" but that's based on replacing the bulbs/tubes Instead of replacing the bulbs I took the fixture down and replaced it with a whole different light fixture.
