GE Dishwasher / Maytag Washing Machine (Old Stage Road, Central Point)

The GE Dishwasher works 50% of the time.
We tried a new drain pump, and a new circuit board, but we still can't get it to work on a consistent basis.
The error code says FTD (Failure to Drain).

Parts, project or other.

The Maytag washing machine needs a new motor.
We don't have the time, energy or patience.

Easy in/out with a trailer.
Bring a friend or dolly will cannot help load.
