New Loan Program - no down payment (jackson county)

Loan Depot is offering an FHA loan combined with a second mortgage that covers the required down payment.
Unlike other with down payment assistance programs, this does not have a income limitation nor do you have to be a first time home buyer.
It is for owner occupied however.
You can use it to buy a single-family home, or a multiplex up to four units.
 Bowers must be able to qualify for both mortgages.
And a 600 minimum credit score is required.
