Here are the first doelings from R R Resources for this year.
More will be here soon, already have one more besides these that was just a couple days ago.
I will be listing her later.
.
.
Our goats are bred for good production and all three of these are out of our two most productive does! These are american nubians and they will come with an ADGA registration application.
If you are looking for a future milk goat that has a strong conformation that should hold up for years of production you may want to take a look at these girls.
.
.
.
The first one shown is Sheila.
She was born on March 17th.
She is from a set of Quads born out of our Miss Kitty and our buck Legend.
Miss Kitty is a gallon and a half a day doe.
She is from a very mellow line and is pretty push button.
Just like her dam, granddam, great granddam and great, great granddam.
.
.
we have had all of them! She is bred to our buck Legend and I kept a doe (Patty) two years ago and she is the doe that just a couple weeks ago.
That doe also has a very well attached udder like her dam, Miss Kitty, straight down teats and at two weeks fresh is already over a gallon a day and coming up still! She is also super easy to milk, from day one.
That is the same breeding as these two doelings.
With the milk production, temperament and general quality of this line that is why they are going to be some of my highest priced does at $550 each.
The 3rd doe, she is the brown and white paint colored doeling, is named Sunbeam.
She was born on March 19th.
She is from a line of heavy milkers and so she also is from one of our best producing does.
The last two generations were both almost one and a half gallon a day.
Maiden, this doeling's mom, is a 3rd freshener and is coming into her good milk production this year.
At two weeks fresh she has just gone over 10 pounds (1 1/4gallon) and day and is still going up.
So I am hoping she will get to that gallon and a half mark like her mom and grandma did this year! She is also sired by our buck Legend.
Sunbeam is also priced at $550.
If you have questions or would like pictures of the sire and dams please email me.
