I have 2 well mannered arab mares, mom is papered and around 20.
Daughter wasn't papered but could be she's around 15.
They are both shorter, mom is about 14 hands or shorter and daughter is 13.
2 or so.
Mom has been there done that, she has buttons.
She has done dressage, shows, trail rides.
Have put intermediate beginners on her for trails and she did fine, just jumped once with a dog running up.
She don't like dogs in her pasture and will chase them off if near her.
Her daughter has had many months of ground work done, she don't do well in bits but halter or hackamore she does perfect, have rode her a few times just needs more wet saddle blankets, she wants to please and be loved.
She has never offered any buck or rear or kick.
She is a big softy.
They both will run up and great you first in the pasture.
They are easy to handle, stand tied, load in trailers.
Only thing I can say bad about these 2 is if mom doesn't get touched or rode in a long while she Is a little prancy and Amp up.
Still very handable but
that's why I wouldn't say she's always very beginner safe, they might get scared.
