English Language Arts This job description applies to elementary, middle, and high school teachers, unless otherwise identified by a specific teaching assignment in an alternate job description.

Primary Function: To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program, as designated by the Klamath County School District, in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
Physical ability to adhere to OSHA and district safety regulations.
Work within the district’s communicable disease control plan (blood borne pathogens) and be aware of the existence and potential exposure to hazardous chemicals as identified on the MSDS sheets.
This position is considered a safety sensitive position.

Upon request, assists in the selection of books, equipment, and other instructional materials.

COMPENSATION: 190 day contract Family medical, dental and vision insurance 6% PERS paid by District $49,907-91,207/Annual 2024-2025 school year Closing date: Open Until Filled Start date: Estimated August 2024 Application materials will remain confidential.
