Prepare necessary documents and go to CSL Plasma facility to donate!
You will need to take a few items to initial visit:

Valid ID or Driver’s License
2\.
Proof of Social Security(Social Security Card, W-2, or Tax Form)
3\.
Proof of Address(Piece of mail dated last 60 days, lease, utility bill, etc)
At your first in-person visit, you will receive your DONOR ID.
Once you have your DONOR ID, use it and REFERRAL CODE QTLNQPZ0LR to activate your iGive Rewards in the app to maximize benefits.
