For each issue you take on you we decide on a cost and estimated hours initially and you would keep close track of how long things take, so I can control cost.
You should be familiar with Microsoft Web Forms development in ASP.
NET.
Tech stack includes C#, MS Enterprise library (no entity framework), Telerik ASP.
net AJAX tools, bootstrap, CSS, jquery, javascript, html, WebAPI, SQL Server 2019, Visual Studio 2022.
You will need to know how to navigate the whole stack, but I will manage the actual releases to production.
I can show you around my development methodology.
Pretty much all the design patterns are already built and I create a copy of the system for each new client and modify it so
there is pretty much an example in the codebase of how to do everything already so cut and paste is really helpful.
If you don't have knowledge in certain areas I can send you a Udemy course and you can self-teach.
You would be responsible for your time learning.
If you can help me get things into git and have experience with how to manage the source with multiple people contributing and how to manage that workflow A+.
If you end up being a really good fit, I can potentially use a LOT of help and can increase the hourly rate and responsibility level.
Must be able to meet in Ashland or MT Shasta in person for interview and every couple of weeks.
There would be the usual legalities and formalities for a 1099 contract initially.
