Strackers enable solar installation on a variety of terrains while generating up to 70% more electricity than traditional fixed-tilt PV systems with the same number of panels.
They are the ideal mounting solution for the C&I solar markets.
In this role, you will:
--Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
--Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, as well as receive leads from our account development team
--Target accounts with 50-200 kW solar renewable electricity placement potential
--Experience handling and owning $200k to $800k deal sizes
--Champion, role model, and embed Stracker’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements for the role:
--2+ years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
--Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
--Experience handling and owning mid-large deal sizes
--Experience with high-volume cold calling & prospecting
--Comfortable in a rapidly changing, high-growth tech environment
--Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
--High comfort closing transactions of up to $800K in size
--Previous solar sales experience in not a must, but a huge bonus
