1999 GMC Box Service Truck - $3,500 (Yreka)

I bought this truck 6 tears ago and was going to use it for my fire safety business.
Drove it for a real short time and the registration and fuel mileage made it more economical to use a small truck.
It has a GAS 454 fuel injected motor with 102k miles.
Automatic transmission.
It runs great and starts right up.
Dual tanks.
I am unsure how to separate the fuel tank switching system.
Has a few small quirks such as the window or weather stripping leaks, A/C does not blow cold, needs a spare tire and coolant changed, and a key lock spring missing in the back door.
Inside had leaked in the past.
It has a heater in the back.
Does not come with any tools or equipment.
Has cabinets and a work bench inside.
