1992 Prowler 29L - $1,200 (Wolf Creek)

1992 Bumper pull.
Basically 30 ft long.
Dry and liveable.
Has been in a park for years.
It does have a replacement AC only refrigerator.
The furnace fan makes noise when running, so he just used a electric heater.
But the furnace does still work.
It does not have a jack, but the hitch is fine.
Just brought it back from Corvallis.
It has brand new tires all the way around.
No leaks, but should be cleaned and resealed this summer.
As is, (needing to be deep cleaned and with a small soft spot in the floor in the bathroom) $1200 Or I will spend 2 days cleaning it and patch the floor for $1500 Either way I have a clean nearly new full size mattress for it as well.
