Located in Brookings, OR just North of the CA border on the coast.
Can be delivered to Phoenix while visiting family.
We searched the entire country for over 2 yrs to find this unit.
We narrowed it down to a few floor plans in Monaco (Dynasty, Executive or Signature), & Country Coach (Affinity or Magna models) (Foretravel didn't have flush floor slides until 2014 area which was an issue for desk & dinette).
We had picky criteria: non DEF/ emissions, low miles, not lived in, non smoker & no pets, full factory tile entry to bedroom (full tile was not a brochure option, it was custom ordered), desk not 2nd couch, legless free standing dinette, propane stove & 2 way fridge, Aquahot diesel heat/ water, king bed, lighter cherry wood color, all factory not altered, also didn't want mirrored ceilings or gold hardware (wanted brushed nickel).
After visiting several states we finally found it here in Phx, not advertised for sale, waiting to be serviced.
We were amazed to find all of this and more in a Dynasty model, they really went all out when they ordered it.
We have now enjoyed it for almost 4 years and we are the 3rd owners (have all documents, receipts, past title work etc.
).
We made a list of upgrades that we wanted before we started to full time w/ it upon retirement and we started seriously working on it last over a year ago.
However, life is what happens when your making other plans.
We have now purchased a 5th wheel that will be parked most of the time and since it seemed silly to leave a motorhome parked, we are reluctantly now selling.
We purchased it w/ 51k miles and it now has 63k, generator only has 484 hours.
The 400 Cummins is not even broke in yet, but driven enough to keep everything in good working order (3500 miles per yr).
Original owner lived in OR & drove back and forth to Yuma, 2nd owner lived in Phx & drove back and forth to Idaho, We have lived in OR for 13 yrs now and drove it back and forth to Phx.
Owners have primarily had covered parking when stored.
The natural cherry woodwork is almost flawless and has patina in a number of color shades.
Here is a partial list of things we have done to it since last November: new front tires 2022 date codes, new custom woodwork to install the largest flat screen tv's front & bedroom w/ Bose sound bar (they look factory), remote control bedroom ceiling fan w/ 3 color LED lighting (enclosed fan blades), kitchen pull down cook book shelf, new bed lift struts, new engine hood struts, new water pressure pump, reseal roof openings added MaxAir II raised vent covers, LED light conversion entire inside (12v, 110, florescent), LED outside clearance lights, new slide covers & window awnings (2 still waiting install), complete service before leaving last trip to Phx, consigned to have heavy duty cabinet door latches 3d printed (upgrading factory design).
Here are some of the factory options it has: Jake brake, 10K Onan generator, 3 heat pump a/c's, full tile entry steps to bedroom, Aqua Hot, Natural Cherry wood, Aladdin video monitor system front and bedroom , Smart Wheel, 3m front mask, All 3 storage compartments FULL pass through slides DUAL direction, KING mattress, wrap around computer desk, See Vision System, Navigation, Sirius radio, in motion satellite, combo washer/ dryer, 4 door fridge w/ ice, leather J-lounge sofa (jack knife bed), all electric leather front seats, exterior snap on front sunscreen package, Solar, power cord reel, power water reel, insta hot faucet, Sani-con macerator pump, automatic Girard awnings, 4 additional house batteries (8 total), safe, keyless & keypad entry with Viper security system lock & unlocks everything including storage bays, surge protector.
Almost 68k in option back then.
This 2005 model had the best layout for components that allowed 3 full pass through storage w/ a large, medium and small door compartments.
Previous owner replaced front heat pump and added water filtration system.
This unit should easily be worth every penny of 140k but we are going to make someone very happy on a quick sale for 115k cash to the first person paying attention that is truly looking for a quality built unit still in fantastic shape.
We have looked nation wide at similar units for sale but, none are this complete with factory options, miles, condition especially in this level, plus the recent upgrades.
When we do find a comp it is a few years newer and higher models and they are pushing 200k (full tile was just unheard of in these years).
You can find a few nation wide in this yr/price/miles but I guarantee not w/ these options and in this condition.
