I am the second owner and van was purchased in 2016, conversion completed in August of 2017.

The van is not perfect, there is exterior bumps and dents but only cosmetic-it has been diligently mechanically maintained, no current issues.
Since we were much more about adventuring than working on van, the build out is incomplete, but this means there is room to improve, leave it as is or just finish what we started.
