2009 Kia Spectra- Needs Timing Belt Repair but Runs Great - $1,500 (Ashland)

This could be a good one for a mechanic to fix if you want a super affordable ride and can fix the timing belt.
Kia Spectra silver sedan I’m the second owner, been driving this for years.
It’s been a very trusty car.
I’ve never had any problems except to replace the radiator once.
Did every oil change on time.
It has 194,000 miles and still running strong.
Engine and transmission are good as ever.
But timing belt has a tear and needs to be replaced as per the mechanic.
Also the driver side door arm needs a repair since it can only be opened from the outside atm so you have to roll the window down and open it.
It runs great.
It also has a crack in the windshield and in both taillights but they all still work.
I didn’t fix these because it was just cosmetic and everything still ran fine.
I was driving this to work every day no problem until I got a new car last week because of the timing belt and I was ready for a minivan.
Good title and registration.
