The photo is my truck, that Amanda SOLD for me last year.
If you are thinking of selling (or maybe buying) a classic, I highly recommend Amanda Fowler to find you a serious buyer, anywhere in the US or even Internationally.
She charges a flat fee, very reasonable, and no commission.
Last year I decided to sell my '55 GMC pickup, after owning it for 50 years, so I put it up here on CL.
I got some low-ball offers, and a few interesting possibilities from other States, that took up quite a bit of time to email back and forth - with no sale.
Then someone told me to put it on one of those user groups on Facebook, which also generated a lot of BS, time-wasting, but no buyer.
Then I got a message from Amanda, in Ohio, who has built up a business of helping to make good adds, posting them in several appropriate places, and dealing with any replies, - only passing along contact information for the FEW people she decides are serious and qualified.
After emailing, then talking to her directly on the phone, I gratefully hired her.
We worked together polishing my add, and editing my photos, (she had me do some walk-around videos with my wife's "smart" phone also), and after talking on the phone and emailing to just a few serious buyers across the country that she had chosen out of who knows how many time-wasting inquiries, I sold Old Blue to a guy in Arkansas.
Amanda helped arrange the transportation, which the buyer paid for, and they came and loaded her up after he wired the money into my account.
If you have a well kept or restored vehicle and would like to reach a wide market but not deal with all the BS and "Social Media," take a look at her web site - you will be glad you did!
