We are currently looking for Administration and Clerical staff for everyday office duties.
Applicants must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs, along with knowledge and experience in keeping digital and paper filing systems.
Daily job tasks may include, Using computers and having experience with windows 8 and up, Scheduling appointments or business trips, Scanning and filing documents, Creating records, Checking and sending mail and email, Typing correspondence, Interacting with customers and vendors, Doing basic math, Paying vendors and suppliers, and receipt filing, Keeping an inventory of supplies, shipping and receiving, Keeping and checking time cards.
