We are looking for a team player to help our accounting and accounts payable team as we continue to grow.
The Fuel Accounting Administrator's role is to execute all day-to-day activities around administration, billing, fraud prevention and customer service for our fuel department.
You will need to work effectively in a team environment, with internal operating groups and vendors; coordinating problem resolution and implementing process improvement is critical to this role.
**The Fuels Accounting Administrator may work out of our Grants Pass, OR office or our Eureka, CA office.

Wage: $19 - $21 per hour
Essential Functions and Duties
Manage and execute daily fuel accounting administration and PDI Software Systems
Process and reconcile all supplier gasoline/diesel BOLs and invoices
Manage selected A/R activities primarily related to fuel billing
Manage and execute monthly administration activities
PDI database administration related to customers, fuel pricing and taxes
Manage filing/record retention per company standards
Troubleshoot fuel administration related issues and processes
Work closely with fuel carriers to improve processes for fuel movement
Provide ongoing recommendations for revenue enhancement and expense reduction
Conduct and coordinate special projects as necessary and or requested
Observe high level of confidentiality

Qualifications
Strong quantitative/accounting skills
Ability to work independently
Time management skills, reliability, and integrity
Excellent relationship building
Proficient with computer applications, including Word and Excel
Capability to work under pressure, maintain flexibility and meet deadlines
Capacity to handle multiple priorities and high volume of work
Stress resilient and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and conclusion
Minimum Hiring Requirements
High school graduate or GED
18 years or older Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
