We are currently seeking a dependable, hard-working, focused individual with strong data entry skills.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-faceted position with opportunity for growth and advancement.
The ideal candidate enjoys working independently as well as part of a team, is detail-oriented and has strong computer and communication skills.
Must be drug-free.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Posting cash receipts
* Payable processing
* Processing move ins / move outs
* Posting resident/tenant charges
* Prepare monthly financial statement
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.
m – 5 p.
m.
